Whiskey & Vinyl was a celebration of slowing down, tuning in, and truly savouring the experience — both in the glass and on the record.

This unique event invited guests to explore the art of slow consumption, pairing thoughtfully selected vinyl records with curated pours from three of Dublin’s finest: Roe & Co, Pearse Lyons, and Teeling Distilleries.

Held in an intimate, low-lit setting, each whiskey was matched with a vinyl that complemented its character — from bold and spicy notes to smooth, soulful finishes. The result? A multi-sensory experience that brought whiskey appreciation into a new dimension.
